SSS - Jemma putting Skye on a choco-diet because of her time of the month and May not knowing this and deciding to treat her Super Soldier to a nice lunch, but Skye is having a major sugar rush. Go!
It wasnât so much Jemma putting her on a chocolate diet as much as Skye whining and complaining incessantly about how much she was craving chocolate because she was PMSing and Jemma finally getting fed up and saying, âFor heavenâs sake, Skye!  If you want some chocolate, go have it!  Itâs fine to include a few sweets in your diet occasionally.â
Which Skye interpreted as âGo ahead and eat the 15 chocolate bunnies leftover from Easter in 20 minutes.  That sounds like a great plan.â  Because, of course she did.Fast forward to 90 minutes later, May and Skye are out at lunch, at a pretty nice steakhouse.  Theyâre both dressed nicely, no workout clothes or catsuits here, and ready to enjoy a more quiet, calm afternoon.
Except that Skyeâs sugar rush totally hits, and her super soldier chemistry does everything SUPER SIZED. Â Sheâll burn it off just fine, but in the meantime, WOW.
She starts out fidgeting a little, tapping her foot, bouncing her knee.  May chooses to ignore it.  Then she starts playing with the silverware and drumming her fingers all over the table.  May gives her a look, but refrains from saying anything.  Then Skye starts teasing her.  Trying to get her to play table football with the sugar, or a drum solo with the knives, or trying to convince her to speak only in Mandarin to the waiter and see if he can figure it out.  May tells her to knock it off.  She doesnât.  It soon progresses into asking May if she can name that tune that the pianist is playing, wondering if heâll take requests, and just as sheâs about to howl across the restaurant to ask if heâll play âCake By The Oceanâ, May grabs her by the arm to get her attention.âWhat is going on with you?â
âNothing, Iâm just in a good mood,â Skye giggles.
âNice try. Â Did you eat something before we left?â
Skye drops her eyes, but looks back up, smiling.  âMaybeâŚ.â
âSkye,â May warns.
âFine, yes, I had a little bit of chocolate.â Â Skye rolls her eyes. Â âIt not that big of a deal.â
May face palms.  âAnd by a little bit, you mean?ââA few of the leftover bunnies?ââWere they solid or hollow?âââŚâŚSolid.â
âFor goodness sake, Skye! Â You know if you eat that much sugar you totally lose it.â
âBut I really wanted it!â she whines. Â âAnd I was hungry!â
âWhatever, itâs done by now. Â We probably still have some time before our steaks come out. Â Hereâs what weâre going to do. Â You are going to drink that glass of water and eat another piece of bread. Â Then, you are going to calmly get up, walk out of the restaurant and then run, and I do mean RUN, down to that 7-Eleven we passed on the way here and back.ââBut thatâs a mile away!ââWhich means it will be 2 miles total. Â Itâll only take you 12 minutes anyway, which is exactly what you need to kick start that metabolism and burn off that energy. Â Got it?â
âYes, May.ââExcellent. Â Then when you come back, you will walk in slowly and calmly, like nothing happened. Â And we will go on to enjoy our lunch like the sane adults we are.ââI wouldnât go that far,â Skye protests.
âDrink. Â Eat. Â Run.â
âYes maâam!â Skye salutes.
May gives her that look, so Skye quiets down and follows instructions.
Lo and behold, they were able to have their nice quiet, grown up lunch after all.  (And May decided she needed to lock up the extra chocolate after that.  Her bunk was clearly the safest choiceâŚ.)
