宝塚のパワハラやいじめ問題、上級生など加害者側を追及するのはちょっと違う気もする。社会経験もない10代後半や20代の人が過労死レベルで働き圧力も受けながら後輩を管理させられてた訳で、組織の問題だよね。個別のいじめ問題を追及して加害者を吊し上げるより、組織ごと潰した方が無難そう。
