They shot 40 Times right by a Nursery School so they were willing to do anything to cover it up. This case was about Justice to us but to the D.A it was more Political than anything else.

I turned down a few offers and pleas from the DA and they told me if I refused to take the pleas they would up my charges but the previous charges were bogus to begin with.

I didn't do anything all those charges were fabricated by the Police and I knew I could prove it the police contradicted themselves by the statement and reports they made.

April 8th, a call to the police in New York in Elmont county to report a domestic dispute resulted in mayhem. A quiet neighborhood with a local daycare/nursery was then ascended upon by numerous police & swat team members...what resulted can only be described as MAYHEM, HYSTERIA, and police brutality. There is video of that nights shoot up on You Tube, a FaceBook page dedicated to the events and of course, my blog.

Funny thing is, the media has never covered this event, and when complaints to Internal Affairs go nowhere....Why? Could it be that the police dept. put an entire community at risk? Not only the community, a daycare? A beautiful family dog, Angel was murdered by the police in this shoot up, and his body burned to destroy evidence...WHY??

As a society, we must ask ourselves and those responsible, WHY? Who is responsible and who is being held accountable? So far, no one....WHY?

Welcome back :) As you know we've been going back and forth with this damn #TRIAL.  The TRIAL is not even about JUSTICE anymore :/ it's more like a vendetta because we refused their plea deals and launched a major Lawsuit. In a situation like this ours where even the JUDGE knows you innocent why would the DA contest everything to make us GUILTY. 

Well today the DA contested the JUDGE in every avenue, I Guess being that the JUDGE is in favor of us I can see why he and she is hating. It's the #Police and #DA's fault the #JUDGE took our side. 

So the DA & The POLICE will be ready tomorrow, that's what they said when we went on Tuesday. How much you want to bet no #Police will be coming and here's WHY.

So out of the one hundred Police that was there that night not even one want to come to court.   Officer Kerry S. Harracksingh  said he was assaulted, Officer Harracksingh  I hope you know if you do say that than you lying and that's perjury and our Lawyers will press Charges on you. I know now why you not coming now. Because you afraid that if you get caught up in your lies. Why don't you tell your Police buddies to come with you so they can lie to and get caught up on perjury. We have all of you on Video. The entire Precinct was there and not one of you will show up to court to take the stand. 

YOU Guys actually think you can get away with beating people up, shooting their pets, burning their pets, shooting 40 Bullets by a Nursery School and Deaf Kid Zone. Having a badge is no excuse to be reckless with a Gun.
