You know what I would have loved to get if the fandroid reboot hadnโt ended?
A 404 takeover stream.
Heโs originally doing it to spite Fandroid and Melody, and to make fun of their whole gaming thing. But by the end of it, heโs genuinely having a bit of fun, talking with chat and everything.

So I was thinking about this post I made, along with the fact that Iโm in the middle of rebooting my old 404 ask blog, and it gave me an idea.
Since canon 404 is stuck in a bit of a limbo in terms of his usability and existence, how about we, the fans, make au versions of 404 that have nothing to do with fandroid.
Just for fun, of course.
I love canon 404 and how he is, but Iโm not sure if weโre ever going to get new content of him. Or if itโs possible to get new content of canon 404.
You ever think about the fact that 404 is stuck in some weird limbo in terms of his existence?
I mean, Fandroid, Melody, Frogbot, Fandrew, and B-PO all technically belong to Griff, so he can make content with them if he wants to.
Meanwhile, 404 technically belongs to the people behind the Fandroid reboot. Not the current one, but the one before it.
But the streams and vids that had to do with that reboot were deleted from the fandroid gaming channel, and can only be rewatched cause of people reuploading them for archive purposes.
Meaning that the reboot was definitely wiped from the fandroid canon. Meaning that 404, and those versions of the rest of the cast, and what they all experienced, were also wiped from the fandroid canon.
But because 404 was made to be a character in the fandroid universe, they canโt really continue his story or expand on him, even if they wanted to.
I think the only thing that the people behind the reboot could really do, if they wanted to use 404 for anything, was make an alternate 404 that has nothing to do with the fandroid universe. And give him a slightly new backstory. They might be able to keep the design, if they want to, since they technically own him.
