Hey Guys, You all have seen my stories that I have started my organic food journey. I always wanted to go organic with the food I eat and that I cook for my family. Organic refers to the way of growing and processing food. It uses traditional practises to grow crops. It also means that the crops are grown without toxic pesticides and fertilizers. By going organic, so far I have felt great. I don't feel bloated after eating foods like dals and chanas. I even don't feel acidity after eating food cooked with organic spices. The food that I eat is filled with health and nutrition. I need not worry about chemicals in diet. My family loves the taste of food cooked with organic ingredients. On World environment day, I took this 3 week challenge with @24mantraorganic. 24 Mantra organic has different types of organic products like rice, dals, cereals, flours, tea, honey, oils,millets, spices, masala mixes, culinary pastes, jams,sugar, jaggery, salt,snacks, juices, ready to cook meals,health foods and much much more. Three weeks until my holiday! I'm going for a week to get back to where I was, then two weeks to lose a bit. I can do this. Had a fabulous weekend but ate so much my stomach is aching- I think it's cos I had meat which I haven't had for weeks and weeks and it did NOT agree with me.
