Background story

The first room you walk by on the first floor is the master bedroom with cuddling nook, balcony and en suite bathroom. Following the L-shaped hallway will lead to the hobby area and a small office space. Next to the hobby area and bathroom are two bedrooms: one for a teen (or young adult) and one for a child.

Background story

Some guests get a bit confused when they first walk into the home. Two doors in the hallway... which one to pick? Well, there’s not much of a difference, one leads to the left of the living room, the other to the right. Or, to be exact, to a large kitchen, with a beautiful rounded island. Walking past the living room is a dining room - with a round table as well, so everyone can enjoy the view outside. On the other side of the living room is an office and a door to the indoor/outdoor pool. The bathroom is located next to the pool, so you don’t have to go inside and ruin the floors.

Upstairs are a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a large balcony, but since it’s also accessible from the hallway, it’s not very private. Besides the master bedroom, there’s a bathroom and a bedroom for two teenagers.

Background story

Villa Pâquerette is a floral mansion, where your wealthy sims can enjoy their lives to the fullest. As soon as you step out of the entrance you enter a large courtyard with a refreshing fountain in the middle. On the left side of the courtyard are a large dining room and living room. Adjacent to the living room is a small guest bathroom. On the right side of the courtyard is a split-level office and a kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a small sunroom. No matter what season or time, your Sims will always be able to eat with a view! On the other side of the pool is a small bar area to serve drinks during parties.

The first floor offers a great view of the grandeur of the garden on the ground floor. On the left side is the master bedroom, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. As I said, it’s a house for wealthy Sims. On the right side of the mezzanine is the top floor of the split-level office, a bathroom and a bedroom for the staff. The butler and the maid couldn’t agree on what colors the walls should be, so they decided to use both pink and blue. Unfortunately for the butler, that doesn’t make the snoring of the maid any less.
