If you're tired of doing a form of therapy that's always getting you to change stuff and that's focussing on you as erroneous in a world that doesn't accept you: Look into ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) practitioners/ clinicians, or even just focus on the books. They have this concept called: Creative hopelessness: It's this semi-wild journey where you realize that a lot of the suffering you have is actually from a) feeling like you gotta fix yourself in so many ways and b) other people telling you that the way to fix yourself is if you do exactly as they say and do it "correctly" as they are... And it pulls you away from actually focussing on the things you want to do!!! this website might explain a little more if you're interested Might write more about this concept and how it's changed my life if people are interested.
