Livin' dat fit lyf 😎
100 intense crazy omfg squats earlier. It was hella sore. I topped it off with some 3 sets of 2min planks then worked on my abdominal but just the basic ones but still worth it ! Then, played Just Dance 2k14. Who’s happy? Lol Janine is! I had a blessed Sunday, ya’ll. I thank God for giving me an abundance of motivations everyday. Omg it’s 10 sharp. Time to sleep 😭 goodnight eeeeryone ❤️
Day 6
Yesterday I didn't work out. My hip was hurting too much I couldn't stand(not workout related, it twisted it strange at work) it's feeling better now though so I did my day 6 workout like yesterday didn't happen. I have ribs in the oven right now so the smell really motivated me to move! I also think the rest yesterday rejuvenated me because the workout was smoother than usual, still struggled but not as much. All in all a good day 6
Day 2!
I was so tired I almost skipped today. I was falling asleep in front of my computer while looking at "fit blogs" and and all the "quitters never win" posts made me get my sore ass up and do my workout! I was so sore I almost couldnt finish my workout. Though I was able to add an extra 20 seconds onto my run in place, so instead of 1 minute at the end of my workout I pushed myself and did 1:20! Its safe to say I will sleep well tonight.
Day 1
Ive got to admit, actually doing it was a lot harder than I thought. We did planks as part of our exercises in drama class in high school and I was bad at them then but WOW now my arms started shaking 3 seconds in! I held out all 20 seconds, but just barely. The wall sit was a breeze, I only did the recommended time though because I want to stick to the routine, though I felt like I could easily go for at least a minute. The lunges are where I really started to lose pace, I wobbled and almost lost my balance after number 8 and was shaky and slowed down after that. The squats were not as easy as I anticipated, though ive been doing them for months ive never done them in such a large repetition before but I made it to number 35 before I needed to slow my pace to finish them. What really got me was the run in place, I added it onto the workout plan just for the bit of cardio, thinking that a minute wasnt that long at all, boy was I wrong! I kept forgetting to breathe and started having trouble after just 11 seconds! Even in high school, when I THOUGHT I was at my unhealthiest I could burst run for 30 seconds without needing to catch my breath. I definitely needed to sit down and catch my breath after that workout. Hopefully tomorrow goes smoother.

Starting Stats
Beginning Stats: On day one before my workout I was... Height: 5'10" (177.8cm) Weight: 220lbs (99kg) Bust: 44in (111.8cm) Waist: 38in (96.5cm) Hips: 46in (116.8cm) Upper Arm: 14in (35.6cm) Thigh: 27in (68.6cm) BMI: 31.6
So I've never been a "healthy" person. I was a skinny strong child until I hit puberty during which I was became sluggish, stopped being active, and ballooned out. I have whats called Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which as far as my weight is concerned makes me gain it easily and makes it harder to lose so whenever I get the inkling to work out and get healthy I do it for a week or two and then just fizzle out. This "give up" type of attitude has finally gotten the better of me so I decided to use the internet to daily blog my progress. As far as HOW I plan to lose weight; middle of november I started doing "mini workouts" every day, whenever I would stand up from in front of my computer I did 10 squats, and it was slowly but surely showing results but I felt I needed to push myself harder. Im always seeing the "30 day challenge" things on facebook and pinterest, so I decided that I was gonna do it! Not just one of them, but a handful of them! My 30 day challenges: 30 day wall sit challenge 30 day plank challenge 30 day lunge challenge 30 day squat challenge I plan on rounding out my 30 day challenge workout with my own creation of a 30 day run in place challenge How my run in place challenge will work: I will start with a 1 minute run, doing 1 minute every day until my breathing evens out, adding time in 30 second intervals when that happens, with my goal being to hold a steady run in place for at least 5 minutes at the end of the month Some may think im taking on more than I should, and all I have to say to that is that I know what my body can handle, and what my goals are, I will never do my workouts when im home alone just in case anything goes wrong, and if at any time I feel like im pushing my bodies limits too much I will end my challenge, or at least drop one of two of my goals. Here I go, WISH ME LUCK!
