Originally I was going to go for 5000 but realized I could do more, then thought about 10000 but figured that was too much. Maybe next time. Although tomorrow will be the official last day of my road to 225 lbs I think it's safe to say I've made that goal! Weather or not I have ½lb still to cut the new goal and new challenge starts friday. That was to be expected and really I got a few more days to really hit 225 before starting the new goals and challenges. Had a good run tonight around the usual loop, almost 13km. Compared to my first time out I've shaved 1.45 off my average pace. Snapped out of it and put in some work. Can't let everyone following me down or let the team @fierceheartstudio and @gubbmintcheese get too much ahead of me. You guys #inspire and #motivate me, but 100% the guilt of eating fast food got me going too 😅😅🤣 Got my shoes today, exactly the same pair I've been wearing for almost 2 years, what can I say @underarmour makes comfortable shoes. Took them out on a 20.5 km walk tonight, felt great.
