30 minutes at bedtime
The quality of concentration was good last night. Despite a lunch 🍴 meeting with friends, I wasn’t left absurdly excited. Meeting fellow moms for fun can have a good effect, I guess. Despite watching a movie as bad as ‘Don’t Breathe’, I had a surprisingly good meditation 🧘♀️ afterwards.
Even after the 25 minute bell had rung, I kept going. I ended up adding 5 more minutes. That’s good. Considering that I had socialised outside my routine and watched a trashy movie and that it was a Saturday night, I am pretty ok about last night’s session.
With His Blessings, I hope to do it again tonight. So help me God.

Constant battle (I just want peace for once)
