I didn’t think about using pleather, but in my hometime is quite common to work with leather, so I’m hopping it’ll be easy to find help anytime. And of course I’ll be bying the leather in Spain and not here! xD

Yeah, I have a few vegetarian friends, so for theirs I was looking into pleather, but then the pleather at the store turned out to match better. Also, cheaper and easier to come by!

Oh that's lucky! I don't know anyone who knows how to work with leather :< Internet is my guide!

Oh yeah I want to do mine from sccratch too, but since I’ve never worked with leather before, I’m on research mode. I’m planning to make the Journal first so let’s see how it goes, If everything goes acording to plan it will be finished in June>.< !

Yeah same I've never done it before either! I've bought enough leather to make one, and a LOT of pleather since I can get something that looks more like it like that.

But NO CLUE how to use it :P

For the back of the Journal I’m using the caps from 4x15 episode, while Dean is holding it in his hands, you get kind of a real good look at the back :)

Oooh I'll look into those when I'm not busy "emptying the apartment" or whatever But thank you!

Useless are the thousand pics I’ve got of the journal closed, this well… at least we can use to write whatever and make it look like the original at least in format xDDD

Oh don't worry, of the episodes that I have HD quality files, I have almost every frame of Journal available. It's a LOT of useless :P Also, some of the closed I don't find useless at all as I -am- making my Journal from scratch, so it helps with that part :)

And yeah, that's what I'm planning on doing :)

As far as I know it appears in 3x08, but always closed, and it looks like a thinner ver. too. And then there is 8x08, were we see it open but I only catched a page… and well continuity strikes again…

On this cap is really clear that is not the same pin! I only doubted it because of the shape but here you can eve make out the color of the pin o.o!! Maybe I should get my hands on de BD version xDD

Well, I mean it's only in the Pilot that it's different. In all subsequent episodes, it's the Aviation Pin, so I doubt it's worth it for that.
