Pretty unique promo going on to get to check it out in person before committing. Been about 6 months for me and I have lost 29 pounds so far and gained a sense of control. Gradual? Yes, or it has been for me, mind you I haven't really incorporated exercise/activity. Doable/manageable? Yes. Affordable? Depending on your income, yes. Diet culture? Change is occasionally good It's been more than ten years since I was in high school (wtf) and a lot has changed. I've graduated high school, failed at college and joined the military.
