33 minutes at bedtime

Mixing up the purpose of meditation with the images generated by the deep subconscious is never a good idea. Thankfully, last night’s meditation struggle wasn’t about the duration. The timer was set at 33 and when it buzzed, I could have gone on a little longer. That was a big plus about last night.

The negative about last night’s meditation session was the loss of posture. The subconscious was behaving so deeply that I found my spine somewhat crooked when attempting to return my attention to the technique. Thankfully, I continued with a decent level of concentration after the return. I managed to keep a concentration level deeper and stronger than the ongoing depth of subconscious.

Among the things that I must share is that I have begun enjoying my dreams. ‘Have begun enjoying my dreams while dreaming ! I can feel the good sense of certain images getting purposely mixed up by the uncontrollable, unleashed, sleeping subconscious. The dreams that I receive closer to waking don’t seem so enjoyable.
