Trying not to obsess over my weight while I'm pregnant. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant with my son and I've spent a year working out and getting back in shape. I'm excited for another baby, but the thought of going trough the changes that happen to your body is really getting to me. I'm planning on eating better and remaining more active this time, but I'm still just struggling. I've been a little nutty about exercising lately because I'm so afraid of gaining weight. I feel like I can already feel my body changing. Last time it took about 14 weeks before I saw a change in my stomach. I'm like 4 or 5weeks right now and I can already feel and see my stomach changing. And it's not from poor diet or inactivity. I guess it's just because it's my second pregnancy and things change faster.
