ワイ、採用面接してて感心するのはインドでは「何でもできる」っていう人が本当に多いんだよな。で、色々質問して「できないじゃん」って言っても「採用してくれたら全力で学んで今から身につけます」って言い切るの。実際はその後やらない人が多いんだけどあのメンタルは10％は見習ったほうがいい。
