Another litter of Denton line longicauda on the ground, born two days ago. This was a repeat of Jasmine x Oolong. Jas is doing great, the final count was 14 live, 2 stills, 2 slugs.
Very happy to see these kids and to see Jas doing well.Â
Odds gods were good to me this year on longis. Had one more baby than I thought, as well. 4.6 anery, 3.2 het.
Jasmine usually only gives me 2 anery girls per litter, so I’m incredibly stoked to have more this year. This girl stood out to me just based on pattern density, but we’ll see if I end up holding anything back when they’ve hit 6 months. A lot will change between then and now.
Looking good for Denton line longicauda this year. Jasmine is due in ~6 weeks.
She’s like clockwork - always ovulates around the 17th of March, never gives me a post-ovulation shed, then drops mid-July. Â
