Today I made a huge comeback. See last year I had a lump removed from my right breast. In order to reconstruct my chest a section of muscle was removed from under my arm pit and used in the stabilization of my chest wall. It was so tight for months and there was no way I could complete a Pilates workout without modifications. I've been working on on this specific workout once a week for months and finally I was able to complete WITH the band. I was sweating BUCKETS. But my daughter was most proud of me because she knew how tough it was and yet I smiled through it, dripping sweat onto my mat and knowing one day I'll be able to do it without wobbling! #fitmom #21dfxtvtestgroup
