As illegal activities such as serious privacy violations and defamation continue for our artists, we would like to share our position on that.

We are currently responding strongly to criminal charges against or insulting artists by posting distributing, malicious and slander rumors about artists online, such as portal sites, SNS, and communities, through the cooperation and internal monitoring of fans.

The so-called "sasaeng" invasion of privacy of our artists will no longer be tolerated, but will be dealt with sternly.

"Sasaeng" indiscriminate stalking of artists, family members, neighbors, and others who are mentally and physically seriously damaged by long-term following artists, commuting to and from military service, finding out where they live, or are sending parcels in an unknown way. This is not an expression of affectionate fan sentiment, but an illegal act that violates the privacy of artists and others and is a clear criminal act. According to the recently enacted Act on the Punishment, etc. of Stalking Crimes, criminal punishment can also be imposed as a 'prisonment'.

In order to protect our artists, we will abandon the tolerant attitude we have maintained about "sasaeng" and take firm and strong legal action without leniency or agreement. We already have a lot of relevant evidence such as CCTV, black box footage, photos/video footage, communication records, mail, e-mail, etc., and will continue to secure relevant evidence, and will take all civil and criminal legal measures based on this.

"Sasaeng" immediately stop acts that violate the artist's privacy, and please be extra careful not to be penalized for your wrongdoing.
