Dean wasn't moving. The two men who made it out of the house alive were dragging him out to the jeep as quickly as they could before more Croats had the chance to show up.
Even while they argued they loaded him in the back. One of the men threw the jeep into drive and stomped the pedal all the way to the floor while the other turned with a gun on Dean, just in case he was bled on. Just in case he wasn't their fearless leader anymore. He had been shot. And there was enough blood that it was impossible to be sure.
Dean's body rolled and jerked with every turn and bump. But his eyes stayed shut. As soon as they arrived and they stopped it stilled again. A few men ran to the jeep knowing something was wrong.
"Stay back!" One of the men yelled. "He might be infected!"

"Mnf..." Dean groaned some as he started waking up. He hadn't even opened his eyes yet and his head was absolutelythrobbing.So bad it felt like someone had pistol whipped him and knocked him out cold. He groaned again and tried to move his hand to his head to assess the damage, but couldn't seem to get his arm to budge. His eyes fluttered open sleepily and it took him a few seconds to realize that he was practically tangled together with Cas.
"Jesus, fuck." He tugged harder to get his hand back but for the moment, it was asleep, not even awake enough to be tingly. He moved his other hand to his head surprised for a second that there was no would until he remembered that Cas had given him something to help him sleep.

Going to sleep. Will of course continue RP with Cas tomorrow..
But for now got queue lined up to take me into the morning light.
