Remembering this session about 6 hours later is putting a smile on my face. Peace has an existence and Presence of its own. As long as meditation is about calming, there is an effort involved. As and when meditation becomes about Peace, it becomes effortlessly beautifying.

Peace is the very source of all our calmnesses. To hook one’s attention to Peace takes care of calmness through a variety of mental engagements.

For a brief moment last night, I felt a blessed change in my mind along with a corresponding bodily change. I felt a growing sense of lightness in body weight during that moment. My facial muscles changed to an expression of surrendering relief to the feelings flooding my mind. My mind was fading out all of my immediate outer environment. It was a blessed moment.

There is something very reassuring about Peace. It gives the feeling that one doesn’t have to make many physical changes hereafter. It gives a sense of contentment. It gives a feeling that one doesn’t have to go anywhere. One simply has to gather more stillness in body and mind from here on.

Bolia ma tvoje správy. Píšeš ich ako by si mal nejaký radar. Vždy ked sa s neskutočnou námahou pozbieram zo dna a idem ďalej napíšes. Vačšinou je to v štýle - ako sa mas, veci či rozhodnutia nie sú dobré a ani špatné, si láska, bud štastná....

Do prdele, Lukáš. Mňa tým akorát nasereš. Potom som smutná a potom zasa nasraná. Asi mám teraz fázu nasrania. Ja kurva nepotrebujem šamana, alebo nejakého ezotero typka. Ja potrebujem muža. Nie takého čo mi bude vypisovať ako sa mám a priat mi lásku a stastie. Ozajstného muža Lukáš. Chapeš, čo tým myslím? Takého, ktorý to so mnou bude žit, a nie mi to vypisovat vo svojej slabej chvílke. Takého, ktorý sa rozhodne a prevezme za to zodpovednost. Stojí si za tým. A ja viem, že sa na to možem spoľahnut. Že tu je...vedla mna. Nie kdesi v dupe na Čeladnej, s rajdou a detmi. Že viem, že kedykolvek budem niečo potrebovat, tak sa na neho možem spolahnut. Vo všetkom. Ten chlap vie čo chce a je pevný.
