Interesting day today. Left the hostel and headed to Niagara falls. Pretty, but the storm rolling in didnt give me much time to appreciate it all. Walked across Rainbow Bridge, expecting no trouble.

Apparently, if youre not travelling in the normal touristy way, you cant travel at all. I was told to get in, I needed proof of ties to ths US. Okay, that works. Except it also required proof of rent, mortgage, or something similar. So sorry guys, unless youre a very successful twenty something, or older, youre not getting into Canada by being truthful.
Went back with more paperwork to prove ties. Turned away again. Now Im down all of my cash (which went to the taxi driver and hostel for the night). Screw you CBSA. Why are you wasting your time on me, when youve got problems like, I dunno, drug smuggling and human trafficking to worry about? Oh yeah, Im a huge threat to Canada, durr.
Anyway, theres gotta be a way.
