I get to be a mom to a fantastic teenager, live out my dreams & serve people doing what I loveaa Yesterday was officially my 12th time on stage & the nerves still happen right before I take that 1st step...no matter how much I've practiced! No WIN Yesterday, yet I'm celebrating getting on stage, feeling & looking like a million bucks & nailing my poses! Gotta show my people some love..... Preston is sooooooo cool & worked out with me from June - July Mon-Wed for my 2nd workout of the day & has been #1 supporter since I started!🙌🏾 Mom (Dorothy) & Dad (Jerry) & Pam have been my constant cheerleaders & encouragers as well as @tarispear, @getwaistedwithsyreeta & @justinbrownbiz who checked in often with encouragement! @inspiring_fitness85 whew Chile, those "ok, imma let you go" would turn into hour long conversations...thanks! @Kevietennant does PHENOMENAL bodywork! . @msmonical, we're connected for life since before I decided to do this & I had no idea how instrumental you are in helping me continue to lift without pain....you're THEE best massage therapist especially for people who lift! You have seen me from the beginning & although there's always room for improvement, you're PHENOMENAL at how to teach the art of posing.. 💜 Kelby, my trainer/coach/friend, conditioning coach #1supporter is a tough coach to train with yet....there's always a method to his "madness" and as much as I bug the heck outta him being inpatient sometimes....he always pushes past what I thought I could do.
