Challenge Rules
On Monday Oct 9th you have to go for a walk/jog/run that lasts 25min. It can either be gym or outdoors. Everyday after that you add 1 minute to your run time. So for example, week one would look like this:
Mon 25min Tue 26min Wed 27min Thu 28min Fri 29min Sat 30min Sun 31min
You do this everyday until Dec 31st. The challenge lasts a total of 84 days. So the very last run will have a duration of 108min (1hr 48min)
When this is over we’ll be bringing in the New Year feeling better than how we started the last one 💪🏼🏃🏽♀️
This challenge is definitely for beginners and for people like me, who don’t like running very much, but need to get up and be active! Anyone is welcome to join of course.
