This quote is something many people in the 1D fandom should learn. Many in this fandom blindly repost blogs from others without understanding the gravitas of what it is they are actually reposting. Implications of what one post could do to damage another are over looked or forgotten. YOU are repsonsible for what you post on a public forum such as this. If you are old enough to create an account on Tumblr or any social media, then you are old enough to take accountability for the words in which you put out publicly. Be it you be 13 or 43. words CAN and DO hurt others. The way you use words can either build up a person or destroy them.
