๐MY 36TH BIRTHDAY! โโโโ ๐WOW! I'm officially an ELDER๐ง MILLENNIAL! And I've now hit the 10-year mark of making daily fitness content. It's been quite the ride. I truly look forward to continuing to share useful fitness stuff with you each and every day. โโโโ ๐And I'm excited to actually celebrate my first birthday since I was 21. I usually approach this day with dread and depression. It was a combination of wanting to stay young forever and being perpetually disappointed with the lack of progression in my career and life. โโโโ ๐But for the first time in my life, I'm actually happy. I'm doing what I want to do every day on my own terms and reaching lots of people all over the world from the privacy and comfort of my own home. Plus, I finally live where I've always wanted to live... a place that's always warm (and never rains btw)! And most importantly, I have the best wife (@ninagjones) and ๐ถ Boxers (Kong & Sweetie, RIP Stinky and Kaila) the world could ever ask for. โโโโ ๐คฏSomeone recently asked me: "What are your goals now?" Honestly, I don't have anymore goals. Haha. I realize that makes me sound like a loser in the eyes of all the "SUCCESS MACHINES" that are hustling and grinding out there. But I'm perfectly content to get paid to work out and live in Malibu.
