My extremely subjective take on every Pokémon and if it's cute or not. (While I do have a bachelor's degree in design, like all matters of taste, in the end "cuteness is in the eye of the beholder.") I will attempt to justify my decision based on design elements.

#174. Igglybuff

Verdict: Cute

What I said about Cleffa and Pichu still applies here. Igglybuff, like its evolution Jigglypuff, is as round as you can get without being just a circle. It has a soft pink colored body. The red eyes would be rather scary about anywhere else, but here they are not too distracting.

It's not unheard of in nature for animals' eye colors to change over the course of their lifetime. Some animals even loose eyes they were born with. Red to blue-green eyes does make me wonder though.
