Can't recall if this was on Ao3 or Tumblr, but El and Steve go with a team of agents to rescue more lab kids - twin girls, twin boys, and a baby, I think - and Steve decides to keep them. The girls had started calling Steve 'Mama', one of the boys had had a seizure, and the kids had decided on their names, and that was about as far as was updated last I read it. I think it was at least pre-steddie, but Steve and the kids were at the Munson trailer while they figured things out.
