Kensington Palace has confirmed that 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞 will start school at Eton College in September.

As per sources to the Express, the decision was actually made in January, but the Prince and Princess wanted to delay the announcement until the summer.

Prince George will follow in the footsteps of his father, the Prince of Wales who also attended the private school in Berkshire.

A source said : ❝ William is thrilled that his son wanted to follow in his footsteps. He’s incredibly proud. ❞

His younger siblings, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞 & 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐬 will remain at Lambrook.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 has made a private donation of £1,000 towards the 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲's crowd funding campaign aimed which wants to save their local pub - the Somerset Arms.

The Prince has also written a letter to the group's chair, Ian Williamson in which he describes rural pubs as a "lifeline" to communities.

Andy Cobley, - vice chair of the Semington Community Benefit Society said that The Prince's backing has been a huge boost and said local people were "stunned" and "amazed. :
