U.S.S Montril NCC-97387 was a unquie protoype constructed from the Engineering hull of the USS Wisconsion following its loss in the 2409 raid on the Utopia Planetia Yards, testing an Aleternate arrangement for what would become the Yamato class Dreadnought Cruiser. Whilst not chosen to be the class template, the ship would go on to make her own legacy when Admiral Hazel Rendevez chose the prototype as her personal flagship. Serving as the 15th Fleet's flagship, the ship would play pivotal roles in may of the defining events of the 2410s.
I'm thinking about doing detailed lore posts for all my Sto ships. This is a small taste of what they might be like (if far shorter). Any interest?
