Ringo during filming for a promotional clip for his debut solo album, Sentimental Journey on 15th March 1970. Filming took place at the Talk Of The Town, a cabaret theatre at 10 Cranbourn Street, London, close to Leicester Square. Ringo sung the albums title track live during the shoot, varying the lyrics and ad-libbed words at the end. The film was directed by Neil Aspinall and Ringo’s wearing the same suit as he wore on the cover of the Abbey Road album, along with an oversized pink bowtie.Â

15 March 1973. The Hospital Visit. The fifth episode of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em featured a guest appearance by Elisabeth Sladen (1946-2011) who becomes increasingly frustrated with Frank's attempts to buy some apples, grapes and bananas.
Elisabeth Sladen had auditioned to play Betty, Frank's long suffering wife, but the role had gone to Michele Dotrice. It must have been shortly after this that she landed the role of Sarah Jane Smith, everyone's favourite Doctor Who companion. Her first appearance in that role was in The Time Warrior story, first broadcast on 15 December 1973.
