Re-losing old weight
I've yoyoed so much over the last 8 years but near the beginning of 2018 I promised myself to lose a stone and keep it off. I thought it was an easy enough goal and it will help me kick start my weightloss journey again. I achieved the first part and lost a stone by July of this year but as always the weight slowly creeped back on. I want to try lose that weight again and finally keep it off for good. I don't want to yoyo anymore. I know i can do this. There's only just over 6 weeks left of the year. I need to whip my butt into gear.
