• Nine years ago, on the 25th of June 2007, I became as old as my father, on the day he died.  He was with us for just 14,159 days.  Here was my diary entry on that day.

It seem strange to look back at it all, and realize I’ve lived two thirds of my life without him. I feel young, and there’s still much to do.

Life, Love & Hope

I looked up to my dad to no end.

He was brave. Escaping a repressive regime for a better life.

He was a black belt. Leading Lokomotíva Judo, and a Slovak champion.

He was a skilled veterinarian. The only honors graduate in his class.

He was a teacher. Setting his ego aside to be a student.

His clients loved him, his friends loved him, his family loved him.
