Ok, down another 1.2 lbs. Not bad considering my sickness this week while working and school kicking in. I have 3.4 pounds to go to get down to 120. This is all becoming so easy to accomplish. Just work hard and eat right. Dedication and Patience. There's a special science to weight loss I think I'm really getting the hang of.
