So i have been hard now for 3 weeks. Yes there is a goal in sight and I am trying to lose some weight before the wedding but I will tell everyone now I am doing this for a better me and so I am able to do the things I want to do. I am now down 11 pounds in 3 weeks. It isnt easy but it isn't hard. I have the right people pushing me to do what I want and need to do who also support a bit of splurging. I have tried in the past but didnt have people around who really cared. So here is my goal for the next 100 days.... to lose 20 more pounds.... it seems easy but when you sit at a desk for 85% to 90% of your day it can be hard. If I lose more great if not I will still be happy. Remember when you go to do something like this do it for the right reasons so you stick with it. I will try to do a bi-weekly update but we all know I can be a bit scattered brained at times.
