i wanna give up. i wanna just give up on everything and get away from here and just start over. ive been feeling so lost and helpless and shitty and i really just want it all to stop. i think too much. im starting to find problems in the smallest things. everything makes me worry and my anxiety is getting worse. i constantly feel like i need someone with me at all times, not even romantically but just someone there to let me know im not alone. being in the city im in doesnt help either. its filled with too many memories. i cant go two blocks without coming across a spot that reminds me of happier times. i need help. im a fuckin mess right now and the part that sucks the most is that im so good at hiding it.
