I am doing a Ten Day Cleanse, a challenge that I am doing with a few others, making myself accountable in my inner circle group on Facebook “Ahead Of The Pack”. I ‘needed’ hummous for lunch yesterday ... none in the fridge ... shops miles away ... haven’t ordered groceries this week yet ... hmmm ... 🤔 ... And so I made up my own recipe and produced some!! It is heartily delicious, even if I say so myself, and this means, possibly, no more plastic containers of it from the shops! Yay for the #10DayCleanse with my friends in the group #AheadOfThePack! We lift as we climb and cleansing is such a big part of making space for the new, however we might experience it. Just arrived in sunny Sandgate! Day 4 and I've lost another 3lb... Whoop! Back on liquids for another day tomorrow.
