Day 3- Rituals for transformation. My body is a vehicle for spirit to experience life.... Then this body and mind, this personality and the circumstances. You are the one awareness that has chosen to experience life as you. In order to have a truly immersive experience believing you are human, the oneness that you are and sealed much of it self from your awareness. Because how real would all the sorrows and joys feel if you thought you were just playing the part of a human? JOYFULLY EMERSE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE The totality of YOU is revealed. You are just playing a part, but this role doesn’t need to define you. As you experience with greater clarity that what you really are has nothing to fear, cannot be harmed, and is absolutely LOVED and cherished....you see that you don’t need to abandon your human identity in order to be liberated. Trade any judgement for curiosity to remain conscious of the fact that you are the divine light itself ... you can joyfully immerse yourself in this role. This will awaken others to this reality. In your meditation today imagine your highest self entering and fully enlightning this body. Là những khó khăn vất vả mà ngay ngày mai khi mở mắt ra mình phải đối mặt. Là sự mâu thuẫn giữa suy nghĩ và hành động, luôn tự nhủ không được khóc vì những chuyện nhỏ nhặt, nhưng mà không hiểu vì lý do gì mà tự nhiên chảy nước mắt, tủi thân chăng...??? Ngủ thôi..
