Explain: Hayum ordered on December 4th, 2017, and was extremely clear about what they wanted! I pinged them several times with updates on how their piece was going, and they were responsive, courteous, and descriptive. When requesting changes, they were clear, polite, and specific! They are probably the best customer I’ve had the fortune of having!
(Furthermore, because their piece took so long, I offered a 50% discount - but this was their reply! Thank you so much, hayum, for making my Christmas Eve a whole lot less stressful than it could’ve been.)
