Running had gotten pushed way down the priority list lately. But today I woke up and realized I had some time! I didn’t start out with any actual plan. I ended up with 4 easy, 1 hard, 1 easy. Hopefully this is a jump start to getting back on track with training!
Side note: that one mile at 7:46 hurt! I haven’t pushed myself that hard in a long time. Definitely need to get more speed work in.
