i’m scripting my 100 dr (a LOT of scripting, seeing as so many people die in canon and there’s so much fuck shit going on all the time ðŸ˜) and i think enough time has passed since the series ended to where i can finally speak my truth.
who the FUCK decided in the last season of this show to suddenly include aliens, time-warp pocket dimensions (?), a cultish 300+ year religion whose leader is a cryogenically frozen middle aged white man, ANOTHER cultish religion founded by aliens (they have their own cave paintings and that’s incredibly important to canon), and ends with this spiritual soul transcendence that involves the shedding of the mortal coil as 99% of humanity reaches that alien religion’s interstellar version of what basically surmounts to the Buddhist Nirvana.
this show was about criminal teenagers being sent back down to an irradiated earth and they were all incredibly horny for no reason. how did we land here. what happened.
