100 days of improvement
Week 1 - Writing 1. Write at least one chapter of something. 2. Write about something beautiful. 3. Write a song or a poem. 4. Write key words about a book you want to write. Figure out something with it. 5. Do a complete description of a character you created. 6. Write about a subject that you are interested in but where you have mixed feelings. 7. Proofread your entire works.
Week 2 – Travel 1. Take the first train/bus. 2. Make a list of all the places you want to go. 3. Be more specific about ONE destination : where you would go, what you would eat, what playlist you would listen to... 4. Plan a visit from a guide you buy in a country you want to visit. 5. http://www.reciperoulette.tv/ For one meal. (from another culture) 6. Week 3 – Culture 1. Go to a museum. Talk about your favorite artwork. 2. Watch a non-american, british, french film in original version. 3. Take a random book in your reading pile and read at least 50 pages. 4. Find YOUR song and sing it. Record it. Yes. Yes. Yes. 5. Write a short story and draw a comic strip. 6. Spend the day photographing everything aesthestical. 7. Create your Pop !
Week 4 – Love 1. Write a letter to someone you admire. Send it. 2. Write a letter to your younger-shattered self. 3. Have a romantic dinner with your partner and do an activity. 4. Find your song. Week 5 – Fear 1. Don't lie during 24 hours. 2. Show one of your physical insecurity to the world. 3. Confront one of your worst fear. 4. Make a list of your fears and burn/tear it. 5. Do one small tiny little goal/dream without a fear of being judged. 6. Confess something that you fear to say to someone. 7. Today, fail and embrace it.
Week 6 – Education 1. Write an essay about an extinct culture. 2. Do a MOOC that you would never have chosen. 3. Learn the history of a country that we generate https://www.getrandomthings.com/country-flag.php. (Summary what you learned). 4. A presentation about the art of your favorite historical era. 5. Read a scientifical periodical about something you are interested in and summarize it. 6. Find the speech that inspires you. 7. Why education is a nail to the casket of creativity ?
Week 7 – DIY 1. Diy something unique for your room. 2. Diy a stress reliever. 3. Diy a new piece of clothing from an old one. 4. Diy a beauty product. 5. Diy a gift for a loved one. 6. Diy your board game. 7. Diy something with nature.
Week 8 – Food 1. Eat things we think we can't like. 2. Vegan Day. 3. Homemade food. (a bit more elaborate than pasta) 4. Sugar-free day. 5. Favorite meal. 6. Eat the food of one country of your choice all day. (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Post-Dinner Snack) https://www.getrandomthings.com/country-flag.php One country that you choose between 5 generated. 7. https://www.getrandomthings.com/list-food.php For the entire day.
Week 9 – Questions / Philosophical matters 1. Would you be able to tell if time had been altered in some way? 2. Is there inherent order in nature or is it all chaos and chance? 3. Do people in wealthier countries have a moral obligation to help those in poorer countries? 4. What two questions would you ask to get the most information about who a person truly is? 5. Is poverty in society inevitable? 6. Is technological progress inevitable as long as humans exist or can it be stopped? 7. Create a TED speech and shoot it.
Week 10 – Sport 1. Run during 30 minutes (or at least don't die and walk fast). 2. Choose a dance genre and practise it all day. 3. Create a routine that you can do everyday. (not too long) 4. No matter what sport you are doing, do it 100%. 5. Watch a HIIT workout and do it. 6. Yoga/Pilates/Meditation. 7. Find a sport buddy and do an activity together.
Week 11 – Creativity 1. Paint something. 2. Draw your favorite scene from an animated movie you like. 3. Take a new creative class. 4. Create a band and what surrounders it (name of the first album, members, fanbase...) 5. Write a song and record it. 6. Create an OC and cosplay yourself in it. 7. Write a child's book and illustrate. (10 pages)
Week 12 – Mental Health 1. Learn something new. 2. Make a list of your qualities and insecurities. Embrace both. 3. Eat healthy. 4. Be grateful. 5. Say Yes to everything. 6. Put yourself first. 7. Do a review of your life : understand what went wrong, what went right, what was undiagnosed, everything about your mental health.
Week 13 – Reality 1. Less than an hour on the computer/TV/Phone. (except if you want to listen to music) (-30 sec for a text). 2. Recycling of waste as much as possible/No waste. 3. Don't talk about yourself, just listen the others. 4. Adopt a plant/animal and take care of it (for more than a day duh). 5. Be who you want to be today. 6. Go stargazing. 7. Spend 2 hours in a park/beach.
Week 14 – Yourself 1. If you could make one rule that everyone had to follow, what rule would you make? 2. What do you wish you knew more about? 3. What did you think you would grow out of but haven’t? 4. What is the most annoying habit that other people have? 5. What is special about the place you grew up? 6. What would be some of the most annoying things about having yourself as a roommate? 7. They say that everyone has a book in them. What would your book be about?
Week 15 – The End…? 1. Which habits did you keep? What did you prefer? Hate? Feared? 2. What did you learn through those 100 days?
