HANBIN'S TRIAL IS NOW OFFICIALLY CLOSED
As of, September 10 2021, Hanbin's case is now officially closed! here are the things he was charged with and will fulfill in the upcoming years:
4 years probation - this means if he commits again he will serve 3 years jail time.
80 hours community service
40 hours of drug treatment/classes educating him about substance abuse
a fine of 1.5 million won
During his probation he is under the supervision of probation officers, meaning he could be randomly drug tested and possibly other things to show that he is sober
tl;dr: hanbin will not serve any jail time unless he reoffends in the upcoming 4 years, 80 hrs community service, 40 hrs of education/treatment and 1.5 mil won fine.

CASE UPDATE: Today the Seoul courts have sentenced Hanbin to 4 years probation, a $1.300 fine and 80 hours of community service and 40 hours of drug education courses.
In short this mean Hanbin will not go to prison unless he violates his probation terms.
