The term “overseas” is relative, isn’t it? If you’re in Europe it might mean the US but in the US it would mean Europe.
True enough. I'm really mostly baffled that to someone in Europe would use the term 'overseas' to refer to another part of Europe. That's just... very, very weird.

Private school. The ones not run by the state can make their own hours and yearly schedules.
No such schools around here, sadly enough. (And university has schedules with fifteen hours a week, and 25 weeks of holidays over the year, it's a complete and utter joke.)
I mean, I'm going to try and sign up for a schedule that'll get me something like fourty hours a week, once I've sorted out all the required courses, but that's still utterly ridiculously little.

My sister and I loved watching the Looney Toons cartoons as a kid, and I remember that one series of it where the characters would be marooned on an island and they would compete to stay Survivor-style, and it was one of our favs :)

The second painting I think I ever did was of an owl. I really loved owls when I was a kid (mostly because of Harry Potter). One Christmas I got an owl calendar so I painted it after the one from my birthday month I think
