Throwback to April 1st. When Little P was still having outdoor time. He enjoyed stamping on the drain covers. Donna enjoyed a butt rub while we all waited for Little P to be done. Because of #followthechild we tend to spend more time outside (when we were able to) while walking the dog, because Little P enjoyed it so much. Everyday was an adventure. Haul fallen branches, run up and down slopes, look at ants and pick up all sorts of trash left by people in the park π€¦ββοΈ Poor Donna and I ended up loitering around waiting for him instead usually. π So it appeared our dog was walking the child rather than we were walking the dog. Lol. That said, I enjoy observing him and what he gets up to for the day outside. It's all child directed, except when we need to stop him from killing himself. Typing this, I start to wonder how involved other parents get when their kids play outdoors. Do you mostly stay back and observe unless they are trying to put themselves in danger? Or do you have specific activities they get directed to do outside? This calls to mind @forestmontessori 's post about having her child do throwing activities outside so the child becomes more focused on other activities indoors. Still hoping this coronavirus situation will start to turn around and give us back our outdoor time. π #singaporedog #singaporespecial #boyandhisdog #doglife #momlife #dogmom #sgmoms #sgdogs #sgpets #mongrel #mongrelsofinstagram #dogsofinstagram #1000hoursoutside #playoutside (at Singapore) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_kHcRPFkJr/?igshid=1p1594h8kd3xr

This month feltβ¦ sick. π€’ With the constantly changing weather, it felt like April Foolβs Day over and over again. Sunshine one moment, heavy rain the next. It wasnβt the easiest month, but it reminded me how much the little moments outdoors can lift our spirits. Real Life & Rhythm We fell out of our everyday rhythm this month. Our living space suddenly became much smaller after mould wasβ¦

High5 from Cannobio Beach, Italy
After a round of the Cannobio Market, we set down on the stone wall of the harbour to relax with the kids while their grannies finish their mission. Soon we discovered a path between two line of bushes leading to the beach. This post highlights the things we sensed on this new place we discovered by accident. Today we made a pit stop before going to Wonderwood early in the morning. The kids andβ¦
