Based on tweets from Caroline Watson, Zayn and Helen Dixon, we know the shoot was the 23rd and 24th.
The BTS video starts with the surf scene, the sailor outfits and the car scenes. Zayn's hair is black in all of these scenes. Then Niall says they're going skiing in the morning, which implies day two. After the ski shots, Louis (still in his ski outfit) describes what they're doing next, and explains the jail scene, which implies jail + ski on same day. Zayn's hair is blonde for the jail scene (and covered in the ski scene). This would match up with Helen tweeting Paul Roberts and making it sound like their work on the video was the 24th for the jail scenes.
