Its’ quite common to believe that if we don’t fulfill what we set our minds to the first time around, or even after several attempts then we tell ourselves perhaps even convince our minds that we’ll never be able to make, as well as seek the change we ultimately desire. This is usually the case around the first month of the new year because we plan our resolutions before the prior year comes to an end, then January comes, and unfortunately these plans sometimes fall-through, so our option is to give up.

However, I would like for you to view (if possible), or at least think of January as a month of trial and error. Now, that we’re in February you can look back at last month, and see everything that worked, as well as didn’t.
