Practising being zen and going with the flow today and about tomorrow night's plans. I do think it has helped! It was nice to come home to a clean house, dog walked and fed, food in the fridge, leftovers I could eat immediately as I hadn't had a decent meal all day. I had chicken and veg stir fried noodles, a turkey bacon and spinach wrap, a Greek Yogurt and berries Smoothie, and a chocolate soy pudding. I have a nice life worth being grateful for.
