Finally, she gets in a good workout! Yesterday I had both boys by myself all day while B worked on some stuff he needed to get done. I miraculously got them both down for a nap at the same time and used the time to get a little cardio in. I worked as hard as I felt comfortable doing, and it felt goooood.
The downside is that I think I must have pushed it too hard, because last night I started bleeding again, which hasn’t happened in weeks. Sigh. It’s disheartening — I’m ready to work out and lose weight, but it seems like I overestimated what my body is ready for. I guess I’ll try again in a few days and take it easier when I do. Not related to postpartum but just general out-of-shape-ness: my left knee is also killing me. Who knows what I did. I’ve got some work to do. 🥴
