why do the darkest words bring the most clarity in our lives? Do the dark words make light shine brighter? Does the darkness have a way of leadig us? Where have we seen Hell and how have we known to battle to continue to Heaven? To the golden gates of light. Of life in death.

Everyone always brings me down and drowns me out, the sea is too vast, too untamable. I’m searching for a lifesaver, anything that could possibly help. I see her then with one touch she had calmed the storm and soothed the waters and everything was instantaneously better. She turned away for a second and the blundering storm was back again. That time, she left for good. I guess she figured that she couldn’t watch me every second of every day trying to help me stay afloat. At least she had left early enough so she wasn’t attached. I can’t say the same.

When everyone is pushing me down under and drowning me out, she keeps me afloat.
