I don’t really know why this is.  But it is.  In the morning, it’s really hard to get people to be kind.  At night, there are so many people who are nice.

I just talked with one of them.  She told me exactly what I wanted to hear.  She told me what I tell people I want to hear.  But I didn’t have to tell her what to say.  She said them genuinely.  What a nice feeling that was.

She was so nice and amazing.  She understood my dilemma.  She didn’t judge.  She took my side and understood that life wasn’t so easy.  She gave me credit for my efforts instead of telling me that I haven’t done enough.

The difference between the conversation I had with her and the other people I generally talk with in the day is literally like. . . . day and night.  Except the bright spots are in the night.

Protip:  If you’re having a tough time, have it at night.  People are more helpful then.
